Every time a real decision-maker sits down with you for a survey — at their property, on a call, or in your showroom — you pay £300. If they don't show, you pay nothing. If they cancel last-minute, you pay nothing. If they're not a decision-maker, you pay nothing.

Step 3Month 3 retainer transition

£1,200/mo+ £150 per appointment

Once we've proven the model with your business — typically after 10 to 15 qualified show-ups — we move you to a simple £1,200/month retainer plus £150 per appointment. This locks in lower per-appointment cost for you and gives us predictable runway. It's always optional. You can stay on the pay-per-show model forever if you prefer.

Sovereign Bookings is Miller Glenholmes and Joe Winstanley. Miller's a civil engineer by day and the technical brain behind every build. Joe runs the relationships — the one actually sat in front of you on the call.

We started Sovereign Digital Limited after watching too many local trades businesses get burned by marketing agencies that talked big, charged £2,000 a month, and delivered rubbish leads that never converted. We'd seen enough. So we built the opposite.

We picked garden rooms because the maths work: a £32k average ticket value, a one-call-close sales cycle, and an industry where good buyers are desperate to find serious installers. We focus on one niche because doing ten things badly is worse than doing one thing properly.
